Bad Speeling

I’ve just opened a work e mail that says:

‘Hi Astrid….pleased to meat you’ and ‘hear in Dallas’. Exsqueeze me?

UPDATE:
Just had another e mail from them saying: ‘Please excuse the typo. Not intentional’. Made me laugh and feel a bit bad I’ve blogged about it now. Oh well – there it is for all to see…

Oh good, open heart heart surgery. Just what I need. Dick.

It is smoked pork knee – a speciality of the Czech Republic. We all rolled about at the time when we called it Pork Knee Spears. It was absolutely delicious. I took the photo as a homage to Martin Parr who is a favourite of mine.
